SUGGESTED ITINERARY – (7N/8D)
Day - 01
DELHI – SHIMLA (370 Kms/8-10 : Hrs)
After pick from Delhi Airport/Railway station, start your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Shimla. Reach Shimla within 10 hours and check into the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay.
Shimla renowned its name as Queen of hills due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained its charm from British India time to till now.
Day - 02
SHIMLA – KUFRI – LOCAL S/S – SHIMLA
After fresh up proceed for Shimla sightseeing to cover: Kufri (It is one the best ski point in winters and in summers, it turns into a famous tourist picnic spot) Jakhu Temple (According to Mahabharata Myth Hanuman Ji rested while Searching for Sanjivini Plant), Vice regal lodge which was once the residence of British Viceroy of India which is now converted to advance study for its academic use). In Evening Exploration on your own: The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church and then have your overnight stay at Hotel.
Day - 03
SHIMLA – KULLU – MANALI (260 Kms/7-8: Hrs)
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali On the way to Manali, cross by Pandoh Dam, visit Hanogi Mata Temple and Vaishno Devi Temple. Reach Manali & check into the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day - 04
MANALI LOCAL CITY TOUR (3 - 4 : Hrs)
After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashist Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious). Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, Overnight at hotel.
Day - 05
MANALI- SOLANG BALLEY (14 Kms)

ROHTANG PASS UP TO BARRIER POINT
Manali (In Winter, this sightseeing point will be covered if weather, road condition is clear and possibilities of vehicle to reach there, otherwise sightseeing up to Barrier Point will be provided.)
Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

MANALI - ROHTANG PASS UP TO BARRIER POINT
(The point where the vehicle will stop by the Police /BRO in winters due to heavy snow fall & other natural calamities)
Today morning after breakfast has excursion tour to Rohtang Pass upto Snow Line (Upto Snow Line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during heavy Snowfall): On the way to Rohtang Pass places are Kothi, Gorge, Gulaba, Marh. In Rohtang Pass enjoy snow activities etc (on your own expenses). Afternoon at 4:00-5:00 PM return back to Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the hotel.
Please Note: Rohtang pass is closed on every Tuesday and visiting months will depend upon Government Notice. In Winters, Vehicle will stop by the Police Barrier/ Traffic Jam Queue. Since NGT (National Green Tribunal) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day, the Rohtang pass sightseeing will be subject to availability of the permit available on the spot. Also the cab services (including permission charges) will cost extra depending on the vehicle opted on sharing basis / individual basis by the customer.
Day - 06
MANALI – AMRITSAR (400 Kms/10-11 Hrs)
Today after heartily breakfast check out from Manali and proceed towards Amritsar (Also Known as Golden City). Arrive Amritsar within 10 hours and & Check into the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day - 07
AMRITSAR – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After Breakfast cover Golden temple (It is the most holiest Sikh Gurdwara made of gold), Jallianwala Bagh (Tragic massacre spot where general dyer killed thousands of people in just few minutes), Wagah border (showcases lowering of flags ceremony held between security forces of India and Pakistan in respect of each other). In Evening return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day - 08
AMRITSAR – DELHI (450 Kms /9-11Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and return to Delhi while recalling all the memorable moments of your exotic trip….

NOTES :-
Complimentary services for child below 5 year will be at the hotels only and will be chargeable if any additional service is availed apart from the services offered.
Complimentary child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle, the guests will have to adjust them in the same vehicle.
AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle
Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her self.
Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will be on subject to availability of permit on the spot with additional cost on sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement and Rohtang is closed on every Tuesday.
If Gala dinner on selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.
Offer package cost are valid till 24th April 2017 4:00 PM after this regular package cost will be apply.
PAYMENT POLICY :-
25% booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
75% amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY :-
More than 30 days of the travel date: 20% of package cost
30 to 21 days before the travel date: 30% of package cost
20 to 15 days before the travel date: 50% of package cost
14 to 10 days before the travel date: 70% of package cost
10 days before the travel date: 100% of package cost
TERMS AND CONDITION :-
Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
